- Steps: the building blocks of a pipeline. There are different types of steps, including:
- Triggers: events that start a pipeline (e.g., record changes, daily schedules)
- Actions: tasks the pipeline performs (e.g., create records, send emails)
- Queries: search steps to avoid duplication or check data before acting
