Hi John

So the first 2 points are exactly what I wish to achieve.

By Bulk i mean

There are 10 customers that have an order status "New". I want to send 1 email template to the 10 customers. Will I have to then click the button multiple times or is there a way for me to select 1 template to send to the 10 customers?
