Junto con saludar; Tengo una consulta en una tabla importada de excel tengo valores negativos, pero quiero que estos valores negativos me los muestre en rojo. Se puede hacer este ejercicio..

Buenos - depende donde esta. Se puede usar If( [field] < 0, "red") o utilizar If( [field] < 0, "<span style='background-color: #EA3C53'>" & ToText([field]) & "</span>", [field]) en un field de formula.
