Learn more about the updated experience and what to expect

Have you been to the Quickbase help center lately? If not, we can't totally blame you... That's why we made some updates to deliver a fresh experience.

Head back to check out its new look—along with better tools to help you find the answers you need faster.

The updated platform comes with several key improvements:

  • Redesigned home page
  • Improved search
  • Easier navigation

Don't worry, none of our articles have moved, and your links and bookmarks still work. We've just enhanced the way you find these resources.

Here's what's new:

Redesigned home page

The new help is designed to guide you down the right path in your Quickbase journey. This includes:

6 clear categories of articlesQuick links for popular and new articles
Easy-to-follow paths for getting started

Links to other helpful resources

Improved search

When searching in the new help center, you'll notice more context up front—helping you choose the best article right away.

As you type each letter, relevant articles begin to surface in real time, with highlighted keywords.

Previously, search results were also limited to the specific category you were in. Now, searches always source the entire help center to give you the best results

Easier navigation

Along with improved search, new navigation menus help guide you down the right path wherever you are. Here's what's improved:

  • Category menu
To the left of each article, the category menu shows exactly where articles are grouped for context. Expand and collapse these categories to browse relevant topics.

This is a major improvement to our previous experience, which only displayed articles within the current section of a category.

  • Table of contents:
To the right of each article is a table of contents. This lets you jump to relevant topics within an article. Unlike our previous table of contents, these links are always in view—even as you scroll.

What hasn't changed

  • Articles:
Although we've organized them into simplified categories, none of our existing articles have gone anywhere

  • Links:
No broken links here—keep the bookmarks to all your go-to articles

  • Feedback:
Your valuable feedback on help articles is still encouraged and appreciated 😊
