Do you want to submit your own Q Tip? Join the Champions Program and take the Q Tip challenge! I'll review all submissions and publish entries everyone in The Qrew can benefit from. What do you get? Points, badges, and the priceless feeling of knowing you made The Qrew a little bit smarter today.📢📢📢

Here are a few slick Q Tips submitted by The Qrew this month...

@Adam Keever writes:

Emailing attachments isn't always a good idea. Sometimes the file size is too big and other times the attachment might change over time and no longer be applicable by the time it is opened by the receiver. You can create a formula URL field to generate a link to an attachment field and share the link instead using this handy formula.

Last but not least, @ANGELA RIVERA writes:

Don't forget to enable the save & keep working options on your form. And remind your users that there is the option to Save & Next, Save & Close, Save & Keep Working and Save & New to help them navigate between records. The Save & New has been a timesaver for our folks since often, they are adding multiple records at a time and prevents them from have to close each record and open a new one each time.

Thank you @Aidon Olligschlager, @Adam Keever, and @ANGELA RIVERA for these Quickbase gold nuggets of wisdom! You've just made The Qrew a little bit better!
