Hello, Quickbase Community! Or as they say in the UK... Hiya, you alright
I’m Caroline Stuart-Freas, a new Senior Customer Success Manager based in London. That is right, Quickbase is going international! We have a growing team of new Quickbasers that have been hired outside of the USA and it’s very exciting to be a part of this team as the company expands.
A few facts about me:
- I’m an American living in the UK. I’ve been here for 4.5 years. My son was born here and has a British accent. So, he says things like “Mummy, I am going to throw this rubbish in the bin” which is very weird but, it’s adorable. I even say certain things now like trousers instead of pants.
- I’ve been doing Customer Success at Saas tech companies for ~15 years. Most of my career was working in the tech non-profit/charity space. I’ve worked with all sorts of different organisations of different shapes and sizes in the USA, UK, and Europe.
- I have lived in 8 different cities, 2 states, 1 District (of Columbia) and 3 countries.
- I’m excited to help build a community for our customers and builders that are all over the world. I am looking forward to meeting with customers in person again but also seeing you on webinars and calls. My first initiative is launching a Customer Network (user group) for international customers
Which brings me to why I’m here...I'm excited to announce the launch of our first international Customer Network Group for users located in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)!
