I actually had to think quite a bit about this just to narrow it down since there is so much to be thankful for with QB.
On the customer service side, I would have to say that it's all the people that are so committed to QB. Everyone that I have met has been so enthusiastic about this platform and seems like they honestly care about the success of their clients. I really like working with everyone because they are so passionate about what they do. It really helps me to know that I have that support and makes me more confident when working with users within the university.
On the app side, I would have to say that I am most thankful for automations. They have made processes so much easier and once the automation is written, less that I have to think about especially on a scheduled basis. Also, the release of the mobile scanning feature is going to be a "game changer". Heard about that at Empower and so excited about that it being released soon.
