Dan:
1) I created a code page named haversine.js and entered your "Haversine function" from above.
2) I entered your "Rich Text Formula Field" from above into a new Rich Text formula field named "Haversine" nad replaced your code page dbid ref with my code page dbid
3) I created a numeric field
4) When I enter X as say 3 nothing happens
5) I went to your demo app https://haversineconsulting.quickbase.com/db/bn94954a4?a=q&qid=1
and there are no Haversine results there either
Any thoughts or help on this?

I was able to replicate everything from Dan, though I needed to go to the pastie database to copy the Formula - Rich Text code, since the back ticks were changed to single quotes here.
