Hi George, I'm sorry to hear your customers are having trouble. We see the new search picker as the next step in making Quick Base more modern and simpler to use. So while we would not be able to disable the new style, our Customer Care team will be happy to help out with any specific issues you're running into. You can open a support case by clicking the "?" icon, clicking "Manage Support Cases", then click "+ New Support Case"
