Technical limitation different between Application Manager and Administrator

Two of the biggest technical things that come to mind between an App Admin and an App Administrator is the ability to copy tables and an Application Manager can access their user list and update their role in an app incase they accidentally change their role to a non administrative role as a backup. When you mention being able to create and manage multiple homepages for each user that is something an App Admin can also do so long as they have the correct permissions set up for the role they are in. Is there a difference in the role that your App Manager and your App Admins have in the application itself? Any Admin should be able to go into the application settings and under Pages set up dashboards (home pages) for the application and then assign them by role unless those permissions have been restricted to specific roles.
