Can someone please tell me how I can do that. Please see the attached screenshots. Also, if the total of the [request flag] is greater than 0 then [request status] should be green otherwise red. But it is not letting me create that formula. Is there a way around it? I've already created a form rule that hides the certain section from the user if they're not in the admin role. I would like to elaborate the details of my problem - The user list who will be notified through the email consists of 1 user in admin role and 3 others in different roles. When the notification is sent out it is sending the same record details to all the users(the 4 selected above) even though in the form rule it says to hide a certain section based on user role. Do you think is it because of one of the users being an admin ? and if so, what will be the optimal solution now ? Thanks, Kirti ------------------------------ Kirti Menghani ------------------------------ Custom Notification Based On role Hi, I have a doubt regarding notification. How can I send a custom message based on role ? Is there a way to hide a certain section of the form when the notification is sent to non-admin role ? or do I need to create another form based on user role ? Thanks. ------------------------------ Kirti Menghani ------------------------------
