Then, if I want to have a master record of all Parent company AND Subsidiary company opportunities, I'd pull through theOpportunities from the Subsidiary to the Parent company table with summary fields or embedded reports. I'm better at drawing out the relationship than typing it out but I'd describe it exactly as Evan depicted in his initial response to you, except replace Contacts with Opportunities. Hope that makes sense.Re: January 2018 Release NotesI think Heather's screen shot shows best how the font is blurring.Re: The Jan 21st UI UpdateNice! I like this tool, thanks for sending my way.Re: List of things that should be CUSTOMIZABLE on our AppsLOL Chris. There's still some lingering purple that I'm mounting a campaign to rid my apps of. The Home/Users/New Table icons are still purple. Additionally, with the patch of the app bar being a few shades darker than the header, I had to rebrand my apps with a dark grey color so that the white text on my app bar was visible, which meant switching out from colored to plain white logos. I said in another thread - I'm glad we got rid of the crazy amounts of purple. I think they just forgot that there were some items that were still accented with it. Hopefully one day I will log in and be surprised with no more purple on my custom branded apps. I will likely throw a party and invite all of you to it.Re: List of things that should be CUSTOMIZABLE on our Apps@Blake - thanks for the clarity. Consider me in the same bucket as him, hence my passion around the customization.Re: List of things that should be CUSTOMIZABLE on our AppsHarrison, do you work for Quick Base? Seems like a lot of excuses that competitors have solved for long ago. There are plenty of other software programs out there that QB competes with that would allow more customization than QB does. The challenge is that you get so deep in QB and it becomes too sticky to walk away. Unfortunately, that creates a conundrum when QB decides that they should have more control of custom branding than we should - especially because, to your point, our end users' experience reflects poorly on QB. In this case, our end users experience branding that is a total clash with branding guidelines and a fuzzy font that makes me feel feelings that Comic Sans makes me feel...that, too, reflects poorly on QB. Just sayin. #downwiththepurpleRe: The Jan 21st UI UpdateI concur. This is my color palette I'm allowed to work with...you can imagine how purple does not fit in well. If I had better colors I was allowed to work with I might shut up about the purple LOL Re: The Jan 21st UI UpdateI think I am not visionary enough for purple or ugly fonts, nor do I have "artistic brilliance" LMAO! I just like old faithful stuff that works. You're right, we've come a long ways since Monday and I'll take what I can get. I'm grateful they made the change after hearing us - I think they just forgot about some of the purple accents in the color scheme. But as soon as there's an option to change that color from popping up in my apps, I'm first in line.Re: The Jan 21st UI Update^^^ HAHA!Re: The Jan 21st UI UpdateMy app bar is fine now, and I switched to white logos so that I could use the company's dark color to make the app bar white text readable. (I still think this needs some work though - the default text is white, so you have to choose a dark header color in order to make it readable...that doesn't seem like a good end all be all solution for those who want a light header, but I've made do.) My concern is the table bar - the purple Home/Users/New Table icon. You're saying I have control to fix those colors? I don't see where I have the ability to adjust that on my own?
