And as soon as you click it, the first potential two sections are Recently used reports, and Mine, reports I've created. Then all the common or other group reports after that Above the list of reports is a New & Organize button to either make a new report, or organize your existing reports. Why does the Organize only allow you to update the "Common" reports, or a separate group of reports, but not your personal ones under the Mine section. The Mine section is alphabetical, and will not let you change it. It doesn't make sense that you can change the order in every other report group header but your personal one. Am I missing something? Re: Pipelines - Functional or Not Thank You So Much. I just tested this and it worked. Now I can do ones for the imports and not have to do them manually every day. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Pipelines - Functional or Not Quickbase has always advertised itself as a Low-Code/No Code system. But with Pipelines, it seems that you have to be able to code to get it to do anything you want it to do. I loved Automations. I could build a pretty complicated one in like 5 minutes to do what I need it to do. After months of trying, and even trying to duplicate Migrated Automations, I have yet to successfully build a working functional Pipeline. On top of that, The migration tool does not always work with the Automations. I have multiple ones I have tried to migrate, and the tool fails everytime. So I literally have multiple jobs that the automations did every morning that I am having to physically do manually because I can't make a pipeline do it. And come to find out searching through this community, the migration tool was not set to correctly migrate Table to Table imports, so that has become another manual process. If someone has any options of how to create a pipeline to run a Table to Table import on a daily basis, that is not impossible to build, please help. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Re: Table To Table Import - Pipelines Solution Is this feature available yet? I have several Automations that have begun failing since the support went away, that are devastating to the work process. I have multiple Automations that their entire job is to run Table to Table imports, but everytime I have tried to Migrate them, they fail to migrate. I honestly hate pipelines because it is too complicated and convoluted to even try to figure out. But right now I'm having to run all these Daily Imports by hand because automations was taken away. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Simple Table to Table Pipeline I need a simple Pipleline roadmap to build that will do a Table to Table import on a schedule. I had this built with Automations and it worked perfectly, but now that automations are going away, and I get Errors trying to do a migration, it has now stopped working properly which is now affecting daily business. Can someone please help and give me a simple roadmap to create a table to table import? I find Pipelines very frustrating, and any help is appreciated. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Re: Can't get Converted Pipeline to do what Automations Did Thanks for the info & replies. I'm assuming that after it goes live, all I should have to do is just redo the Migration? Since it allows it to be done multiple times. Thanks again, ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Can't get Converted Pipeline to do what Automations Did I have migrated/converted several automations to test Pipelines in a particular scenario that I have set up to move/copy/transfer data between two different apps. After doing the Migration, none of the pipelines are functioning how I need it to, the way the Automation did. What appears to be the issue looking through the Pipeline, is it is set to do a Merge with the Record ID field. Which is not how the automation was set up. The Automation was to look for a Site # field, and a Unique ID field (a field that merges several fields of information to be unique). If the Site # field and the Unique ID field matched in either table, then the automation would transfer any data changes when triggered by a particular status. The Pipeline appears to be looking at these fields to confirm they match, but it is still not merging properly. What I'm seeing in the Pipeline is it is defaulting to Merge only with the Record ID field. but the Record ID field does not match across APPS. When I change that to either the Site # and/or the Unique ID field, it either does nothing, or claims an error that the field doesn't exist. I don't' understand why it is trying to add a Record ID merge, when that is not how the Automation is set up to work? Any ideas? ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Re: QB error when clicking a Rich Text Link It resolved the issue so I'm good with it. The links are internal use only so don't see an issue. I tested having myself removed from one of the other apps that had the attachment and source file for the link. I still didn't have trouble seeing it when I clicked the link. Very Strange. Thanks for your help. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Re: QB error when clicking a Rich Text LinkChanging the field permissions to "Allow access to this file attachment from a Quickbase link without signing in" worked. He was able to view the pic. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------ Re: QB error when clicking a Rich Text LinkAttempting that now. Will respond once I test. ------------------------------ Les Kimbler ------------------------------
