On the same form I have one more field user-list drop down that contains all users in the app. I need to filter users in second field to match the values in the first lookup field. Lookup filed contains users (A,B), but second one contains users (A,B,C,D,I). I want to either filter values in second field to only contain (A, B) or if filtering is not possible to write a formula to give an error if user selects a value that is not present in first field. So for example: (A), (B), (A,B) are valid choices but (A, B, C), (A,C), (C) are not Do you have maybe solution for this case? Thank you in advance. ------------------------------ Natasa Nedeljkovic ------------------------------ Grouping users into groups and filtering based on groupHi, I have an requirement to filter data based on user groups. Initially we set up our filtering based on current user. if Assignee equal to current user, show that report. We now want to set up groups (multiple Users), and if Assignee (Group?) is equal to current user's group, show that report. Thank you. ------------------------------ Natasa Nedeljkovic ------------------------------ ConditionHello, I have one condition but from some reason it doesn't work. Users would like a rule established that the Billing Status field cannot be populated to 'Send for Book & Bill' unless the Actual Completion Date is populate. So under table, advance settings I put the condition: ([Billing Status]="Send for Book and Bill" and IsNull([Actual Completion Date])),"Actual Completion Date must be populated before updating the Billing Status to Send for Book and Bill") Whether theActual Completion Date is populated or not I got warning messages "Actual Completion Date must be populated before updating the Billing Status to Send for Book and Bill". Do someone know what is the issue with this condition? Thanks. ------------------------------ Natasa Nedeljkovic ------------------------------ Change drop down value based on last modified dateHi, I'm having some issues with setting value to drop down field, based on last modified date. I've created 2 dynamic rules. One that works - when I select user, status is changed: if [user] is not equal to "blank" change [status] to active And second one that is based on helper number field: Helper field ([Notification Time] is numeric set to one of the following values 24/48/72): past_due = ToHours(Now()-[Date Modified]) - [Notification Time] and main condition which doesn't work: if [past_due] >= 0 change [status] to idle Past_due itself works, and it's calculated well, I've checked by adding it to form as visible field, but condition itself isn't changing value. ------------------------------ Natasa Nedeljkovic ------------------------------
