For example if we are storing "employees" and "hired date" in a table called "personnel". The table "personnel" has reached the 500mb limit. The report "Date Hired" list employees hired during a date range. We want to be able to archive off all employees hired in the years 2016 and 2017. If we copy the table "personnel" to "personnelArchive" then delete all employees after 2017, we will have the correct data archived. We then delete all employees in the "personnel" table hired before 2018. At this point, how do we create a report that will allow us to search "Date Hired" and still capture the archive data as well as the new data? If the employee is hired before 2018 look in the "personeelArchive" table and if the employee is hired after 2018 look in the "personnel" table. Archiving table dataWe have reached the 500mb limit with one of our tables. Is there process for archiving older data into another table so that it will still be seen in the reports we created? I looked into saving in google drive as csv, but the reports look at a single table. Would table to table relationships work? Re: Summarize multiple columns in a chartThanks. I'm a little confused with how the table relationships are setup. Is there a step by step tutorial I can access that explains this? I've attempted a relationship but the fields are never populated nor do they contain the correct information.Re: Summarize multiple columns in a chartYes. I realize this is the average, however its two different values that is causing the issueSummarize multiple columns in a chartI have a single table called "employees" that is updated daily from a csv file with employee data. There is no user input. One of the fields is "age". I need to create a chart that shows: (if "age" is greater than 50 divided by the number of employees) less (if "age" is less than 30 divided by the number of employees). For some reason division is not working. I can add and subtract but divide and multiple do not work. What would be the correct way to calculate this value? I'm looking into a child table so I can create a summary field, however I'm a little confused how this would work.
