ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: BarcodesJon, Unfortunately it is not as straightforward as connecting a printer to a phone. There are 2 ways to accomplish this. The first is with the browser and a desktop plugins (so not the phone), likehttps://qz.io/. With the phone and app is needed to send a POST request to the printer to print. Assuming by "portable printer" you mean a Zebra or Star type printer, right. I am one of the partner/owners of Trinity Integrated Solutions. I built it out for 4 users. This would need to be built out for 20 users total. Also, users are hard coded which is going to be a pain to maintain over time. Then create a report that only contains the button fields. Since a user is only able to see their own record, then this report should only contain one record/row. Now you can use this report on the dashboard. Now for the specific form and edit vs view. You can craft the URL in the following way in the formula URLRoot() & "/db" & dbid() & "?a=dr&rid=" & [Record ID#] & "&dfid=10" dr is used for view and er is used for edit dfid is used to select the form you want to use I know this solution is not the most elegant but is will work.Re: My Apps"" ""New Apps"" tabs are hidden (good), but Personal Settings button also gone (bad)This sounds better suited for user voice or a support ticket: https://quickbase.uservoice.com https://yoursite.quickbase.com/qb/support/ListCases
