"If([Attachment]="",false, true)" IF Statement based on a file being attached Greeting - I want to do an IF Statement to tell me if a file has been attached to the record or not. it does not seem to be working when i say Attachment=True. how could should I format my text formula field to tell me an attachment is present? If([Attachment]="true","Yes","No") SolvedRe: Justifications for Table Report Columns this is a report on a home page - not on a form. Thank you - that worked. for others, you simply need to save the changes after changing the justifications. ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Justifications for Table Report Columns Hey Everyone for some reason these two columns will not justify properly. One is Right of Center and the other is Left of center. When next to each other, it's hard to read. they both need to be next to each other as well. Is it possible to make them center, and to have it stay center? I can adjust it in the column properties. but it just resets the next time i load the report. please advise. ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Re: Overdue Duration Formula most be positive # of Days Thank you, Chayce. that worked. ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Overdue Duration Formula most be positive # of Days Hey QuickBase Community, I have a Duration Formula field that is looking at the difference between "today()" and the finish date of a given task record. the field is designed to tell me if the record is past due based on the finish date. the issue is it gives me a negative number of days for the task that are still yet to be completed aka not overdue yet. can you help me format this duration formula so that it only shows a positive # of days when the task is officially overdue? If([Status]="Overdue",Today() - [Finish Date],If([Status]="Not Started",Today() - [Finish Date],If([Status]="In Process",Today() - [Finish Date],null))) ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Formula Text Field - Buckets based on DurationHey Community - I'm trying to bucket my projects based on the Penetration Days which is a duration field - this will help me establish how long the projects have been in the system. I keep getting an error "Expecting Bool, Text"- Please advise - Thank you If([Penetration Days]<Days(0),"Not Aged", [Penetration Days]>Days(1),"0-3 M", [Penetration Days]>Days(91),"4-6 M", [Penetration Days]>Days(181),"7-9 M", [Penetration Days]>Days(271),"10-12 M", [Penetration Days]>Days(366),"13-18 M", [Penetration Days]>Days(547),"19+ M", ) ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Re: Date Formula FieldThat worked. Some minor changed to the format. I needed to add a ToText() to the year field List("-", PadLeft(ToText([Month #]),2,"0"), PadLeft(ToText([Date #]),2,"0"), ToText([Month - Year #])) ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Re: Date Formula FieldI thought about that right after I made the post lol. yes, I need it to be zero padded for single digit numbers. It also should be a dash (-) and NOT and slash (/). Examples below. "Month-Day-Year": "11-02-2021" or "08-09-2021" ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------ Date Formula FieldHey Community, I'm looking to make a formula that combines My Numeric Date - Month - Year fields into one. Please see the screen grab attached. Let me now if you have any examples or the best way to do this. Once this date field is set up - I need to do be able to match this date field to a standard "Date" formatted field so that I can build pipelines off of this and create resource allocations. Any information on that would be helpful. Thank you, ------------------------------ Jack Woods | Low Code 4 Lyfe ------------------------------
