I like to use a formula url field that displays as a button to edit the record to fire the pipeline, it also helps you track who copied the project... URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?a=API_EditRecord&rid="& [Record ID#] & "&_fid_112=Copy Project Clicked by " & UserToName([Last Modified By]) & "_" &ToText((Now())) & "&apptoken=**use your own APPLICATION TOKEN here**" & "&rdr=" & URLEncode(URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid()& "?a=doredirect&z="&Rurl()) Pipeline Steps: Create a Pipeline that triggers when a Project record is updated and field_112 is updated Create a new Project Record Search Tasks table records from the Updated Project where Related Project = Record id of updated project and Status is not Completed loop through those task records found in step 3 create a new task record for each task found, set Related Project = Record ID of Project record created in step 2 ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: Pipeline to place a file onto an FTP site? Hi Mark, I don't see a pipeline for this. We have an option in our file attachment sweep add-on to send files to SFTP servers, if you can't figure out a native way and you still need this functionality, let me know. ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: QR Codes suddenly not working on ioS?Thank you for the update Mike! ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: Exact Form Questions.Hi Paul, when you ask if you can copy an existing Exact Form, how are you planning to do that? Are you copying the Exact Form dbpage itself or are you copying the word document template that is associated to the Exact Form dbpage? javascript is supported in dbpages so its fine in the Exact Forms dbpage ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: Charts in Exact Forms?Hi Hank, just to clarify...Exact Forms Plus does not support charts any longer, it did a few years back but that was when Quickbase used a different charting service. We support charts now in our XL Docs for Quickbase add-on, this is a better implementation because you can use the charting capabilities of Excel to put together some very nice looking reports and charts. As for charts in native Exact Forms itself, I don't think its supported there either but I may be wrong. ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: Exact Form Troubleshootingyour original filter shows where status is active if you look at each the query in your template its looking for more than a status = active I think you need to review your filters to make sure you have them set properly in the template look at each query={....} in your screenshot, that is how you are filtering the data so make sure all of the fields and values are correct ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: Exact Form Troubleshootingyes, so which of those subtables in that screenshot is not returning the values you expect for this record? ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies ------------------------------ Re: Exact Form Troubleshootingcan you now show the lines in your Exact Form template for the subtable ------------------------------ qbtools ------------------------------ Re: Exact Form TroubleshootingHi Ember, sometimes when you experience inconsistencies like this...works for some records but not this one...it has to do with special characters in the fields you may be using to filter the data in the child table. Can you share the filter from the report on your parent form for the record that is causing the issue? So on the parent form click "Full Report" on the subtable and when that opens hover over the filter criteria in the upper right and take a screenshot to share here. ------------------------------ qbtools ------------------------------ Re: Pop upthis is not proprietary. We will be sending out an email to all of our clients with instructions on how to modify their formula fields so that they will no longer require javascript. We haven't done that yet as we were waiting on the solution that quickbase was releasing this past weekend. We wanted to see what they were going to have as a solution for popup windows so we could compare that to our solution. ------------------------------ Juiced Technologies Juiced Technologies, Inc. 631-617-5060 ------------------------------
