Re: Multi-select text field- List contains item in the other list Thanks again for your help. I think we are close. I removed the var text, and I receive no error code now, but the field always answers "yes" even when it is not the case. Any thoughts? I want to create a third formula field that will provide a "yes" or "no" for whether [Multi-select field A] has any of the items that are in the other multi-select field (Multi-select field B]. How should I proceed? Thanks in advance for your help. I've tried the below formula, but it does not seem to work. If(Contains(ToText([Multi-select field A]), ToText([Multi-select field B])), "Yes", "No") ------------------------------ Luke Furuto ------------------------------ Copy Master Detail URL Button Question I am looking for assistance with a formula URL button to copy master details from a template record id. I can make the button work when I input the specific number of the sourceRID, but I want to be able to base the sourceRID on a variable template id. Is there a way to make this work? See below. "javascript:void(copyMasterDetailButtonHandler('&relfids=41&recurse=false&sourceRID=[Variable Record ID]\n\n\n&destrid=[Variable Template Record ID]" & [Record ID#] & "', 'bm8s38rgt'))" I'd also love the ability to have the button land me on another form where I have the parent record with this button on an embedded report. Is this possible? ------------------------------ Luke Furuto ------------------------------ Re: Save and Keep Working Button that works despite required fields Thanks for your suggestion. I am a little concerned that with this method, the participant wouldbe able to "save and close" the form without it being completed if they missed the checkbox. Was thisever encounteredwhen you used this method? Thanks again. Save and Keep Working Button that works despite required fields I have a survey type app and want to give the survey participants the ability to save their work and continue working on the form. However, I also have required fieldsand also want to make sure that they fill out all necessary fieldsbefore they "save and close" the form. Is there a way to create a "Save and Keep Working"button that will allowsave them to save theirworkdespite required fields? Thanks in advance for your help!
