Field Percentage Bargain TY 20% Music TY 3% DVD TY 4% ETG TY 40% SHC TY 31% General TY 2% 100% I would like to show something like this. But since they are separate fields, I am struggling on how to do this. (below example of field) Unfortunately the above is just a sample, I actually have about 25 fields to compare and would like to show in a pie chart. Suggestions? ------------------------------ Cecelia Martin ------------------------------ Field to populate data from previous yearI have a table where I am trying to track my freight data. Ideally what I want is to show are two fields that show a data for this year and last year. I can manually add this but ideally would like the field to autopopulate so that last years data is already showing. I am currenlty just creating this, so for now this is not an issue. But looking at the future, I don't want to have to keep adding LY data manually. A line chart adding a bar for thresholdsI have a trend line chart tracking cancelations by a vendor for the past 4 weeks. I would like to add 2 'treshold' lines. If they go above 2% they are considered 'at risk' so I want to show them a physical line at 2% on the chart and if they go above 5% I would add another line. Visually I would like them to see how close they are to being in compliance.Re: Formula to show status for inbtween number rangeI figured it out!!! See below of what is now working. Thank you both for your help! If([On Time Shipping %]<=0.98 and [On Time Shipping %]>=0.93," " & ToText(Round([On Time Shipping %],0.01)*100) & "", [On Time Shipping %]<0.99,"" & ToText(Round([On Time Shipping %],0.01)*100) & "", [On Time Shipping %]>0.92,"" & ToText(Round([On Time Shipping %],0.01)*100) & "") Re: Formula to show status for inbtween number rangeThanks. However the coloring is still not working. It is always showing green. Do you know what I am doing wrong? If([On Time Shipping %]<99,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping %]) & "", [On Time Shipping %]>=98 and [On Time Shipping %]<=93," " & ToText([On Time Shipping %]) & "", [On Time Shipping %]>92,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping %]) & "") Re: Formula to show status for inbtween number rangeFormula syntax error Expected a valid expression after the "&" If([On Time Shipping %]<99,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping]) & "", [On Time Shipping %]>92,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping]) & "", [On Time Shipping %]>=98 & <=93," " & ToText([On Time Shipping]) & "" ) Re: Formula to show status for inbtween number rangeClose, but I am getting an error on the last line. And when entering any other type of number the color does not change. On Time Shipping % is a numeric field. What I am creating is a rich text formula. Is that correct? If([On Time Shipping %]<99,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping %]) & "", If([On Time Shipping %]>92,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping %]) & "", If([On Time Shipping %]>=98&<=93,"" & ToText([On Time Shipping %]) & "" ))) Formula to show status for inbtween number rangeI would like to have a yellow status for anything between 98 & 93 If([On Time Shipping]<99,"";, If([On Time Shipping]>92,"";, If([On Time Shipping]>=98 & <=93,""))) Really ideally I would like the actual number to change color instead of just the ball showing up but I will take what I can get. Any help on the last piece there? Re: Putting field names on top instead of on the sideDUH! Figured it out. It has to be in a section and you put that for the entire section Putting field names on top instead of on the sideThis is crazy but how do I get the field names to be on the top instead of off to the side. I thought it was a setting in customize this form but I can't find it.
