It definitely sounds like user error to me. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ RE: Multiselect field values with customized bullet colors Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to use the UL and LI tags without also using some additional styling for the list like "list-style-image" for this. This is still not exactly what you're asking for (since it would mean one image for the whole list), so you'd probably have to do something like what Meridith showed. Her's is probably going to be the easiest if you always have a set number of options, but there are really a lot of different ways to approach this. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Gantt Plugin - Calendar Date Format While you can change your date formatting within the App Properties, I don't know if those will then be applied to the date selectors. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: multi records add/edit (mirror records) Instead of this, have you considered using the Table-to-Table-Import (TTI) option? This will allow you to configure a saved import between tables and trigger it either manually or via Pipelines or Webhooks. A good example of how this can be used can be found in this Help Article. Essentially, you select a Source and Destination, map the fields, and then save the configuration. Once you've done that, you can decide how you want to trigger the import. This can be done a number of different ways including using a custom button, webhook, or Pipelines. If you're comfortable with the API, the call you'd use is API_RunImport. Hopefully, this points you in the right direction! ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Combined text summary field sort order Hmm...you know...you're 100% right. For some reason, I was mixing up this and the results from a Formula Query. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Formula error If( [BUDGET.030123]=true, [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-0 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - Related MPS2 - Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*0.65) This is the specific section where I'm seeing your issue. Your first IF statement (Criteria 1) is: If( [BUDGET.030123]=true, But then, you have this after it: [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-0 Sides]=true, Which looks like it SHOULD be a 2nd IF / Criteria 2 so that if both of these are TRUE, this would be the result (THEN) of the formula: ([Related Priced Spec2 - Related MPS2 - Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*0.65) If that's correct that both of those statements need to be TRUE for this calculation to be used, you have to connect them with an AND like this: If( [BUDGET.030123]=true AND [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-0 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - Related MPS2 - Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*0.65), [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-3 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - Related MPS2 - Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*0.85), [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-4 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - Related MPS2 - Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*1), [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-0 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - MPS - ID-Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*0.65), [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-3 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - MPS - ID-Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*0.85), [Job - Copy of Related Projects - Window Wrap-4 Sides]=true, ([Related Priced Spec2 - MPS - ID-Corner Bead1-1/4X9' Metal/Box $]*1) ) Of course, there are other possibilities, but I'd need to know what you were trying to accomplish with this. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Using RESTful API to add a user to a role in an app Nope. Not yet. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Formula error It looks like you're trying to chain together multiple pieces in the IF criteria, but the way that you're doing it won't work. Here's what I'm seeing: IF(Criteria 1, Criteria 2, Then, Criteria 3, Then, Criteria 4, Then, Criteria 5, Then, Criteria 6, Then, Criteria 7, Then) If you want to have Criteria 1 and 2 be required for the first Then, that would be: IF(Criteria 1 AND Criteria 2, Then, Criteria 3, Then, Criteria 4, Then, Criteria 5, Then, Criteria 6, Then, Criteria 7, Then) ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Multi step Approval Workflow Setting up an Approval Process that utilizes a complex approval pathway can be difficult, but is a pretty common use case. Before I can make any suggestions, a few questions: What's the structure of your app look like? Are you trying to do everything on one record or do you have child records for the various approval steps? Are these approval steps required to be done in order or can they be concurrent (based on your notes, I'm assuming in order)? ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------ Re: Pipeline Not Transferring Ownership Properly It sounds like you've created an unfortunate loop issue. When you have Pipelines edit the Record Owner, I believe it will set that user as the Last Modified. Which will then trigger the change to the Record Owner, which will repeat until both Last Modified by and Record Owner are the same value. I would suggest setting a filter on the trigger so that it is not triggered when Last Modified by is equal to the user that owns the UserToken for the Pipeline. If that user is you, you'll probably want to look into using a service user for your Pipelines so that your work and the work done by Pipelines actions can be kept separate. ------------------------------ Blake Harrison bharrison@datablender.io / ------------------------------
