I cannot seem to find a list.MIchelle - Quick Base integrates well with a robust API. CloudBase Services has integrated Quick Base with Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. Three key to a successful integration are: a well-designed Quick Base (i.e. the right tables and relationships) good data (i.e. data in both systems is accurate & complete, no duplicate records) correct mapping (i.e. the field in HubSpot for last name sends information to the field for last name in Quick Base) articulating which system is the 'source of truth' (i.e. if Quick Base will have the 'official list.' DebbieRe: Restructuring Task Table Broke all my API Buttons, Not sure how to fixGliffy is my favorite tool for designing apps. and planning at workflows. It has a few advantages over the 'in-app tool.' You can plan BEFORE you build. You can add field lists, comments, icons, workflows etc. You can easily extract a presentation-quality image file. Re: Restructuring Task Table Broke all my API Buttons, Not sure how to fixCongrats on correcting the task, Ivan. Before you invest more time in building API buttons, I'd encourage you to step-back and review your application design. Grab a sheet of paper (or use the tools in QuickBase). Draw a rectangle for each table. Draw an arrow to represent each relationship (point it toward the child table). This picture is called an application diagram. Review the diagram with an experienced app. builder. Mark Shnier is great; CloudBase Serviceswill spend an hour with you gratis. If you have a good design, building the app. will be easier and faster than if you have extra table OR bad relationships. Writing API buttons is the equivalent to running water lines. It's only worth doing once you are absolutely certain where you want the faucet. So, find yourself a great architect and map out your 'building.'Re: Formula Help on Date FieldHi, Derek (long time no talk) Try this .. [Release Date]-Days(Case(([Type],"digital",28,"digital & disc",35,"video",21,28)). The "Case" function, which I underlined above, is varying the number of days based on the Type. In this example, its 28 days for digital 35 days for digital & disc 21 days for video 28 days for everything else The CloudBase Services crew is still hear if you need help. Re: Resource Summary TimelineHi, Quentin - Give this a try Create a new table called PTR (Projects-Tasks- Resources) Create 3 one to many relationship. One project to many PTRs; one task to many PTRs; one resource to many PTRs. When you do this, Quick Base will automatically create a report link in the Programs table called 'PTRs'. Add fields to the PTR table including: start date, end date, allocated hours, actual hours Create records in the PTR table for each person assigned a task on a project (Re) build the report you want in the PTR table Put the 'PTRs' report link field on the form in the Programs table.
