In fact, I find it to be one of the better places to ask. Since this is only on the Portland Users, there might be less eyes on it to give you the answer you're looking for. Perhaps posting this question to the general community might help in getting the answer you're looking for. Our Care team should also be able to help with this. I recently had trouble with building a Formula Rich Text field and was reading up on a new way to identify the Record ID that was just created. This May's Release Notes describes the new %%rid%% feature. This might help in crafting the URL you need to navigate back to the record that was just created. If that's the case, they'll be able to escalate it. ------------------------------ Lee Gilmore ------------------------------ Re: Automation to create multiple records based on a multi-select text fieldIf I am understanding correctly, you're conclusion sounds correct in that you'll want to use a Pipeline to create the child records based on the values you've selected with your multi-select text. It sounds intimidating at first but Pipelines is a fantastic tool and this is a great first use case to get you started and more comfortable with automating your process! Quickbase University has a great set of trainings on Pipelines as well as the Empower User Conference that we just hosted. The Empower content should be available to help as well. You're also welcome to create a Support Ticket with our Care team if you get stuck or something isn't working as you intend. I'd be happy to organize one this coming January. I'll be sure to communicate beforehand so we can mark the calendars. ------------------------------ Lee Gilmore ------------------------------ Re: Syntax Error Dirk, Not sure if this will fix it but I highlighted a few spots that might need a comma or a quote mark. ------------------------------ Lee Gilmore ------------------------------ Re: Form Field DisplayGood evening Dirk, I would recommend submitting a Support Ticket with our Care team. They can help look at your formula reference field to see if there is any issue. They will ask for access to your app so that they can take a look at your specific fields to identify the issue. https://www.quickbase.com/support ------------------------------ Lee Gilmore ------------------------------ Re: Future meetups?Hi Kat, I will be finalizing a March meetup this week. We will get back into a regular cadence going forward. As always, please pass along any requests or suggestions if you have any. Thanks! ------------------------------ Lee Gilmore ------------------------------ Welcome!I'm looking forward to meeting you, and seeing what your Quick Base journeys have been. I've been a Quick Base customer/builder for 7 years and now work at Quick Base on the Customer Success team. I am happy to answer questions and share my experience. We're planning regular meetings, but since this is a community we would love your input on content, locations, frequency, and any other detail you would like to share with us. Together we'll grow stronger and can help each other accomplish many great things. Please take a moment to introduce yourself, describe your Quick Base background and experience, and let us know what you would like from our user group. See you soon! ------------------------------ Lee Gilmore ------------------------------
