When we navigate to a record we have already logged in to the site. The first image that you see is the login and you wouldn't be able to go any further. ------------------------------ Barry Gulino ------------------------------ Re: Web Page in side a Rich Text field not changing on next record. The URL to the web page that has the image. ie. <!-- td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} --> https://cotthosting.com/LAAssumption/HTML5Viewer/ImageViewer.aspx?bAutoSearch=True&bHideCartFunctions=False&bIsRefresh=False&BaseFileNumb=wkonTa4aKP4%3d&DocID=6fP2i57UY14%3d ------------------------------ Barry Gulino ------------------------------ Web Page in side a Rich Text field not changing on next record.I am embedding a specific URL in a Rich Text field. Each record has its own url. When viewing the record, when I move to the next record the url changes but the image stays the same. This is the formula: "<img data-url='" & [View Image Link] & "'" & " src onerror='\n(async () => {\n var url = this.dataset.url;\n this.outerHTML = `<iframe src=${url} width=1150px height=600px></iframe>`;\n})();\n'>" When I manually paste the list of urls, the first one comes up fine and the rest show the same image as the first. Now the link is the third level. The first link is the search page, the second link is the details page (which works fine as I have it in its own Rich Text field) and the third is this image. So you search for items, then you click an item for the details and then you click a link to show the image. Any ideas of what is happening and can that be fixed in the above field. ------------------------------ Barry Gulino ------------------------------ Re: Embedded web pages in a form using a formula rich text field.Thank you Mark and Everett, the link will have to be our option. The reason to embed is that the web page could be right next to the fields that need to be changed or added without clicking back and forth. Thanks againlRe: Embedded web pages in a form using a formula rich text field. So I'm guessing there is no way to work around that.Re: Embedded web pages in a form using a formula rich text field. All the pages are public that contain no advertisements. An example would be property tax information from the county. If I just copy and paste the URL on a new tab, it works. That's why I am presuming it may have something to do with the frame.Embedded web pages in a form using a formula rich text field.I am working on a form that will use formula rich text format to display web pages on various tabs in the form. The web pages would be specific to the data in the first tab. For example if the data in the first tab has an address, the web page would have the address in the url. This would save time for the user as they would not have to navigate to the web pages they could just click the tab to get the information. It has worked well on most of the pages, but I am getting blanks or errors. Some are fixed by changing the formula from "http:" to "https: but some I just cannot figure out. I think it may be a web page that cannot be opened in a frame. This is the formula I am using: "<img data-url='" & [formula url]& "'" & " src onerror='\n(async () => {\n var url = this.dataset.url;\n this.outerHTML = '<iframe src=${url} width=1150px height=600px></iframe>';\n})();\n'>" Does anyone have a solution?Re: Separating a Form in Two with Unequal Sized FieldsDavid created the container form and the layout works great, but the problem is when I drill down to the form. We work from different views/queues so when we click the record we are trying to edit, it doesn't link that record into the form. Can that be fixed? If not it's basically a split screen with two windows.Re: Separating a Form in Two with Unequal Sized FieldsSorry I meant the we have to input and save data in the form on the right in your example above.Re: Separating a Form in Two with Unequal Sized FieldsThis sounds perfect, but how do I create a form with two frames? Create the frames with a rich text formula field? But I think that defeats the purpose because I have to actual input data in the form to the left in your example and be able to save that record. I didn't think I could create a rich text field that you could interact with. Or am I missing something?
