We went the way of creating separate logins for our technicians.Re: DO Save and Redirect on MobileHI Kadee, not yet. I reverted back to native QuickbaseRe: Geo Location Button Desktop vs Mobile (Creating a button that captures the current Geo Location and updating a date field on Mobile.)Hi Ruby, Yes we are getting the error on mobile, where its not loading. We have to resolve it soon, so will give it a hard push in December. Unfortunately our users in the field cant revert back to desktop, so we have to resolve it.Re: How can I troubleshoot Quickbase performance?Well Defined Article. Re: Testing for a file attachmentHI Mark, this worked great for me as well. I have taken the process a step further, whereby we write a date/time when this upload took place. The only challenge i am experiencing, is when the attachment is deleted, it doesn't take the previous date/time away. I tried doing it with another form rule, but its not working...what am I doing wrong? Re: Calculation for Time In and Time Out formThank you for the assistance, just another question? Have you done this formula for weekdays?Re: User Login via EmailThank You so much for your assistance Mark, I actually got it right. https://application name/db/main?a=API_Authenticate&username=xxx@gmail.com &password=xxxx&rdr=https%3A%2F%2Fxxxxxxx(application name)%2Fup%2Fxxxx(table id)%2Fg%2Frc%2Feh%2Fva%2Fphoto.jpeg Maybe their is a smarter way that you had in mind? Re: User Login via EmailPlease don't fall off, I don't want to be responsible hahaha...I am happy with "opening up the app to the whole internet" as it will only be used to view a photo of a planner via an Outlook Calendar invite (we use this link for a Landlord to verify the correct person arrive on site to do a survey). I have already switched off the Account Permissions. I get to this url button, but I am making a mistake somewhere? But maybe you have a shortcut to do this. var text URLONE = "https://dfa.quickbase.com/db/main?a=API_Authenticate&username=dfamobile1@gmail.com&password=...; var text URLTWO = "https://dfa.quickbase.com/up/bnyfcsqua/g/rb/eh/va/MaraisDeWet.jpeg"; $URLONE & "&rdr=" & URLEncode($URLTWO) If you only want to respond after the cycling trip, thats also fine. Re: User Login via EmailYes I can, as I build a separate App, only for internet usersUser Login via EmailHI There, has anyone created a URL button, which is sent via an email notification, and when the user (the user is not a quickbase user) click on this button , the button will automatically login to quickbase (Internet Role used for viewing photos) and show relevant record. It works fine when the user is logged in, but when the cache is cleared and the user clicks on the link it takes me to the login screen, and I need the button to automatically login?
