We represent a German machine manufacturer. They use ISO week # (Week 1 thru Week 52, first day of the week is always Monday). I don't even know where to start. I thought about creating a table, but it would change every year.Re: Restrict the roles with ""Test as another role"" optionI used to have the option to "Test As" and I can no longer find the option. Could you tell me how to locate it again? Re: trying to create a job number generatorI had a similar issue and resolved it by using the following formula: [Related OEM2 - Quote Prefix]&Year(ToDate([Date Created]))&[Record ID#] I used an OEM prefix (from a separate table), current year (which is 2018) and the record ID # to solve the issue. I hope this helps.Re: Magic Buttons to Collapse/Expand Sections & Scroll to TopWhat a great idea! I will need to try this:-)Re: How to calculate total work weeks?I have a situation where I am reporting total projected work weeks scheduled. There is a start date and an end date where and a formula to calculate the total number of weeks scheduled. I am having a problem reporting the information correctly because there can be (1) or more service technicians on site at a time. I would like to count how many service engineers are assigned to the job and multiply it by the total weeks, then I need to produce a report for how many work weeks are scheduled per month. Is this possible? I have a report now but can only calculate the total number of weeks scheduled per work order (it doesn't take into account how many service engineers were on site) and it only shows the total number of weeks in the ending month. It doesn't show the weeks per month accurately.Re: Formula to calculate the number of weeks between start date & completion datePerfect! That is exactly what I needed.Formula to calculate the number of weeks between start date & completion dateI have a database which is used to track service. Each engineer is assigned a service ticket with a start date and completion date. I am trying to calculate the [Start Date] and [Completion Date] date into a week format (how many weeks from start to finish). From that point, I would like to calculate how many weeks each engineer has worked and a total amount of weeks worked for all engineersRe: concatenate a date and a time field to one date/time fieldI received the following error Please check the syntax of your formula. Look for mismatched parentheses, missing quotes, or extra brackets.Re: concatenate a date and a time field to one date/time fieldI would like to create an auto numbering system on a form which would add my OEM lookup field with the current year and record number to create a unique numbering system. Any suggestions?
