At a high level, it looks like this: Open session (Webhook - Make Request) Parse response to get Session Token (Text - Apply Regular Expression) Get JSON (JSON Handler - Fetch JSON) Iterate over JSON payload (JSON Handler - Iterate over JSON records) For each JSON Object Search for matching QB records (Quickbase - Search Records) For each QB Record, there should only be one Update QB records (Quickbase - Update Record) Close session (Webhook - Make Request) ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: Integrate QUickBase with Costpoint?I've integrated one of our apps with Ajera (another Deltek product) via Pipelines, so I imagine it's possible to do the same with Costpoint. But, as Blank mentioned, I don't think there's anything out of the box with Workado or Zapier. ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: How can I make a field editable every time a record is opened, even in view mode? How are users "submitting" their Approval Entry? Is it a Record Creation, or do you have a URL Button that marks a checkbox or kicks off a Pipeline? Something else? ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: How can I make a field editable every time a record is opened, even in view mode? This is Dan Diebolt's work, so most likely you've got a good amount of JavaScript manipulation in the background combined with something like his Image OnLoad (IOL) technique. An Inspection of the page reveals api.js and pendo.js calls. Unfortunately, Dan has been absent from the message boards for quite some time (he's sorely missed). And, QuickBase is explicitly excluding the ability for builders to inject JS into forms now; i.e., it will be very difficult or even impossible to recreate this. Others may have a different take. If you can articulate your use-case then someone might be able to suggest a solution. ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: Using List ("\n"...You bet! ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: Using List ("\n"...Have you tried replacing \n with <br>? ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: Pipelines - Jinja FOR loop in body of webhookWhoops, I found it...should be loop.last, not loop.end. ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Re: Nested "IF" statementsHi Michael, If I'm understanding correctly, you'd be able to accomplish this with a combination of an added numeric field and some conditional formatting in your form. For example, you'd create a numeric field called "Proposed Confidence Level" that would only appear in your form "If [Stage] = "Proposed." Then, you'd update your If statement above to have [Stage]="Proposed",[Proposed Confidence Level]. Best, ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------ Pipelines - Jinja FOR loop in body of webhookHello, I'm trying to use a Jinja FOR loop in the body of a webhook, but I keep getting the following unknown error: Here's the body of the webhook; I'm using the RESTful API. I've hidden the tableID. "d" is the array of results from a previous step: {"to": "tableID", "data": [ {% for item in d%} { "6": { "value": "{{loop.index0}}" } } {%if loop.end%} {%else%} , {%endif%} {%endfor%} ] } Anyone have thoughts? ------------------------------ Chris Wheatley ------------------------------
