Is there any way to move a report out of the "mine" group?

Paul,
Back when we rebuilt the groups for reports, I had an engineer look into letting you shift a report directly from private to shared, and it turned out to be much more complicated strangely enough. That said, as with so many things, do what @Laura Thacker says.

If you customize it, simply choose "Save As" and then choose public options for making the report available to others in your App.
