I do still see JS that's been commented out flagged, but I assume that's to be expected.
As I work through these, I thought it would be really nice to make notes on the records in the JS Usage app. Not sure if that would even be possible if you're re-pulling the data each week, but it sure would be nice.
Also, @Graham Leto thank you (and the team) for facilitating the process to allow multi-account access in the Usage app. Support is responding to access request tickets like lightning and the visibility has been very helpful!
