  • I'm mainly curious how the format is going to differ from in person.  I'm excited that it wasn't cancelled all together although I was looking forward to seeing everyone in San Diego.

Hello! Yes, we are also happy we can still deliver all of the awesome content, but sad it won't be live in sunny San Diego. But there's always next year in.....tune in at the end of Virtual Empower to find out the dates & location.

Regarding your question, the experience will be similar to live. For breakout sessions, simply join whichever topic most interests you. There is no limit on the number of attendees at each session. We will also have live Q&A moderators in each session to answer questions throughout. Following the Product Keynote and during Breaks, you can visit the Product Demo area is to check out new features and chat with the Product Team. You can also schedule a 1:1 Tech Bar appointment and will be some fun stuff scattered in. Nothing like the Offsite Party of Empower's past, but we'll do what we can!

  • I'm wondering how the breakout sessions will work.  Will we be provided separate links for each one?  Will there be a limit on the number of people who can attend them?

      Hi Wendy,

All of our breakout sessions are being hosted on a virtual platform.  We'll be providing a tutorial on how to navigate the space.  There is a breakout room space, we're you'll be able to see and select the sessions you want to attend.  The sessions will be released per the agenda schedule which you can find on the Empower website (www.quickbase.com/empower).

We are not limiting that amount of people that can join each session.

Will this also count toward re-certification?

Hi Richard - While we won't be making all of the Q&A's from Sessions available on the discussion board, we will be summarizing the Q&A's from the top 10 attended sessions.

  • Is there an agenda for what would be in the May 27 & 28th Core training?
I'm also wondering when the On Demand category of sessions are going to be available?

Hi - See below for the Preconference Agenda. You should have received an email from us with the Agenda and a link to log in. But we'll be sending reminders as it gets closer:

Training will run from Noon – 4 pm (EST) each day. You should be prepared to build along in Quick Base.
      • Day 1 will cover application planning & structure: terms, data modeling, tables, field and relationships.
      • Day 2 will focus on visuals, logic and operations: forms, reports, dashboards, permissions and notifications.
The On Demand Sessions will be available as soon as Virtual Empower opens at 10:30 AM EST on June 2. Also, all Empower sessions will be available On Demand following the conference.
