Updates to how Quickbase processes your payment

As of August 1, 2022 Quickbase is using a new customer billing portal for viewing payment history and managing payment methods. This change will have an impact to our customers paying with a credit card. As part of this change, we want to ensure all credit card information transfers are done as securely as possible. The most secure way to do this is to have you add your information to the new billing portal.

 

Accessing the Payment Portal 

To access the billing portal from Quickbase: 

  1. Login to your Quickbase account 
  2. Go to the Account Summary page. This can be done from the My Apps page by clicking “Manage my account”.
  3. From the Account Summary page, click the “Manage Billing” button in the top right-hand

  4. You will be redirected to the Billing Portal, where you can view information about your account, or manage your payment method 


    Adding a new Credit Card
     

    For your first-time use, you will need to add your credit card information. To do this, follow the steps below.  

    5. Click “Add new” next to payment method
    6. Enter your Credit Card information and click “Save”  

    7. Upon saving, you will see your credit card information is now available  

    Then you should be all set for your billing to be in place. We appreciate you getting your information added and we look forward to our continued collaboration
