Rather than using the Update Record option, you'll need to use the Upload a File option here:

    Thank you Blake. 

    I am trying to create a pipeline when a Table A field was triggered, search for a attachment in Table B and upload this attachment to Table C. Table C and Table A are related, so only the related records in Table C will have a new attachment.

    Unlike the pipeline that I created before, this "upload file" doesn't allow me to choose Table C and mapping the related fields. 

    Still in struggling.......
