Josh,

This is not perfect but will help.

Go to the Application Settings, not any of the Table Settings.
Click on App Management

in the section for Manage App Structure, click on Search & replace in schema

Put in the email address and it will give you results from throughout the app.

Be careful. There is no undo. Mistakes are easy here.
