Is there a way to track users' time spent or actions taken in QuickBase?

The end goal here is to see how much time active users spend in QuickBase so we can better manage users and optimize business process.

    Please advise :)

    Hi Davy,

If you are looking to get a bigger picture of the activity of your users one tool to help with that is the Audit Log functionality. You can learn more about audit logs on their help topic right here. It can help you get a better idea of how active users are in the applications and get information in general on the activities going on.

    The release notes here
Talk about Platform Insights.  It will give a lot of granular and summary detail and charts on user activity in terms of which apps they are accessing and how often.  Perhaps that will help..

    Platform Insights

Platform Insights provides customers with complete visibility into their usage of Quickbase through an interactive dashboard displaying key metrics.

Realm and account admins can better understand platform-wide usage details and trends to effectively manage and govern their Quickbase instance.
Coming soon to Beta Sign up in our early access app. Select Platform Administration or Platform Infrastructure under Program Area.
