You can do what Babi suggests, or alternatively.
While I am not 100% familiar with Zapier's system, if it is similar to workato, here is how I would build out the recipe (workato's term):
1. Pull data from Gravity forms.
2. Create Company Records in QB.
3. Query the Company Records table and extract the Record ID#'s (or other Keys).
4. Then in your call to create the Contact record, pass the Key from #3 into the Related Company field.

Subject: Import into 2 tables at once
Our Wordpress website uses Gravity Forms and I use Zapier to bring the data into Quickbase. The issue I am having is it is creating a Company Name (in the Companies Table) and saving Contact info (in the Contacts Table) but I can't figure out a way to relate the company to the contact automatically. I currently have an extra field in the Contacts table that pulls in the company name and then I can manually link the related company. Can anyone think of a way to relate this automatically with a webhook, automation, etc?
