Best practises for making copies of apps for testing

Hi&nbsp;I'm new to QB and I have made a copy of the company apps so I can develop / test new features. However the copy is right next to the original app and I'm worried that other users can open the copy by accident.&nbsp;Are there any best practices guides on how to maintain copy apps without having it in the face of the other users? Maybe a different workspace to keep these app separated?Any help would be appreciated.&nbsp;------------------------------James van der Walt------------------------------

Hi James,There are a few ways to accomplish this.&nbsp;If those users don't need access to the app at all - you can just remove all their roles and mark as "none" (leave yourself as the admin).&nbsp;Also, check this option out: https://helpv2.quickbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/4570136689428-Hiding-apps-from-Quickbase-searchGood luck!------------------------------Sam Lange------------------------------
