    Hi,

    Looking for different ideas to create scheduling functionality in quickbase.

    Need to add calendar or something similar to log meetings so that notifications can be sent out to the specific users per calendar updates.

    You can create a table of Meetings and have a list user field for meeting participants.  There can be email notifications based on that field and you can use a calendar report to show the Meeting records on a calendar.

    Although you won't need anything outside (additionally) of Quickbase for this but just in case you want you can use some third party addons like QBKit scheduler (no cost involved). You can create new meeting records in your Quickbase tables. You can also import to your device calendar.
