How do you restore availabilities and shifts that were accidentally deleted?
Quickbase Support can be accessed at the top right of any Quickbase page via the ? mark symbol You will enter a support case and they can walk you though the ways to restore lost data. They retain weekly snapshots of app Quickbase Apps every night and retain that data for 14 days then they retain the Sunday back up every week for six months. So you will need to let them know at what date the deleted data did exist and then you need to discuss with him the various options of getting the data back. Presumably you don't wanna lose anything you currently have so it becomes a question of figuring out how to restore just what was deleted.
