Thanks again for joining our Qrew meetup: Construction Tracking App session on March 11th. Here’s what we discussed:
Emily Lundberg, William Byrd, and Scott Bullock for sharing Robinson Morton’s walked through how they replaced a mix of Excel, SharePoint, Monday.com, and Unanet with a centralized pre-construction tracking app to manage pre-construction work, project tracking, schedules, reporting, and team visibility. We also got to see live timeline reporting, Gantt charts, color-coded project phases, dashboard workflows, and SharePoint-connected data in action.
Three Qrew tips from the session:
- Start with the real pain point. In this case, it was too much manual reporting, and too many disconnected tools became a weekly and monthly pain.
- Design for visibility. Giving teams a clear view into status, schedules, and workload can be just as valuable as automation.
- Let the app evolve with the business. This build started with one core need and expanded over time into a more connected system.
