Create a button on form to generate a PDF of certain fields on form

Hi all, I know that we can create a button with Rich text field in Quickbase and we also can put java script into that button, I want to have a button that when clicked on will save the form (or content of certain fields in the form) in PDF format, I've tried using different approach but no luck, does somebody have any idea how to do this? thanks
