Dynamic form rules

Hi, Can We Achieve this.
I have Field A (Multiple choice Field)
I have Field B (Date Field)

In a form, When Field A is changed to "1", then change Field B to <<blank>> and make Field B Required.
So that Field B is filled freshly.
