Dynamic rules not working with Grid Edit
Hi there!
I have a [Assigned to] user field, I have another field [Assigned To Converted to Text] which converts to text the [Assigned to] field. I also have a [Most recent Assigned to] text field (this filed appends information and with user and timestamp).
Then I have a rule that "When [Most Recent Previous Assigned to] is not equal to the value in [Assigned To Converted to Text], change [Most Recent Assigned to] to the value in [Assigned To Converted to Text]".
The idea is to track changes in time of the [Assigned to] field.
My problem is that when I do a bulk update of the [Assigned to] field using Grid Edit, the rule doesn't work the field [Most recent Assigned to] does not update.
How can I solve this? Thank you in advance for any help!
