Embedded Report in HTML Email

Does anyone have suggestions on showcasing an embedded report within an HTML custom email? In showing the report link field, it shows a number only. The report/table should show the report related to the case only. I have cases related to notes and only want to show the notes associated with that case in the email.

    You should be able to make another form used specifically for this purpose. The form itself will have no parent records at all, it will only have a report link for the embedded child table.

    You should then be able to have your fancy HTML custom email notification, But then include the special marker to display the record and specify an override form of that form that just has the embedded child table.
