Export field list from Quickbase
I want to export all of the fields from my database to a sheet, how can I do it?

you may export all fields for particular table using below import/export option from table setting tab. could you please try this it may work for you.

Thanks for your suggestion! I tried as you suggested but then it shows "Maximum number of bytes in report exceeded". Do you have any idea why?

How may fields that you have in your table ? i tried my self i did not see any error i have only 40 fields in my table.
Your dataset is too large. I want to say the limit is something like 25 MB in a report or in this case for the export I guess.
One option you have here is to create a report to export instead and then timebox it. If all you care about is the fields then make your own report with every column in it and then say "date created = on or after today" or some other criteria which would severely limit the records. This should let you complete the export assuming you only care about the columns.
