Exporting a Form

Hi there,&nbsp;Is there a way to export a form without having to purchase an add on from another support site? I recently created a budget estimating tool for our company and we would like to be able to export this so that we can email to our clients. Additionally, is there a way to hide certain fields once you export the form (if possible)?Thank you,------------------------------Kelsey Huse------------------------------

You can make an alternate Form with a different selection and lay out of fields. To view the alternate form, make a URL formula button like this

URLRoot() & "db/" & dbid() & "a=dr&dfid=10&rid=" & [record id#]

replace the 10 with the form I'd of your alternate firm.

then to save as PDF, just print to PDF on your local computer nd save in your computer or attach the file to the record in a file attachment field.
