KEY FIELD - RECORD ID vs TASK ID

the question is really vague..

but the general difference is Record ID# is a built-in field while Task ID is something you created. So depending on how your relationships work, one is better than the other.

if you can use Record ID#, that is preferable because you can use the Look-up step in pipeline instead of search step
