Moving Closed Info to another table

Hello, 

I've created a table to track reviews - once the review is completed I need that information to move to another table to keep a historical record of completed reviews so that the ongoing reviews table won't have issues with entering in new info should the person need to be entered again during a different time period. 
How do I have the information move and delete from the Reviews table to the Completed reviews table?
