Report Link in Forms that are emailed

If you're sending a notification email, should a report that is on the form show up in the email??  Because I can't get mine to show up in the emails.  Sorry if this is a ridiculous question, just wondering if there is a setting where I need to allow the report to be seen in emails or something.

      Yes, I have the form coming through in the emails, but where the report should be it's just blank.

        If the type of Notification is "recipient" (as opposed to "Open), does the recipient have Permissions to view those child records?
