Qrew LegendIt sounds like you want to use Grid Edit and I believe that using Grid Edit in a Browser from Microsoft will be compatible with copy and paste from Excel (you would have to test that).

- I have tried using grid edit, but I was hoping that there was a better solution that avoids Internet Explorer ( same issue as grid edit pasting recapped multiple times on the forum) as well as required less clicking and was more user friendly.
It doesn't look like in all of my searches that another editable table exists in Quickbase?

- Is there a way to force a report to already be set to grid edit once you go to edit a record? Or have it be editable in with the rest of the form instead of pulling up an additional tab/page? We have some users that may be working on different records at the same time, and in our testing, grid edit has led to some data entry errors in trying to import line item details

If you're asking whether embedded table on a form can default to being editable In grid edit mode when the record is being edited, then yes you can do that.Simply look for where the report link field is for the embedded table is in form properties and check the checkbox that says editable.
