Are you using the new forms or the legacy forms?
In the new forms, Ive noticed the option to add new choice is not there. not sure if this is a bug or by design.
Regarding the alphabetizing, that is strange. Can you post your choices? It's definitely pulling from a list and not from another field, correct?

I'm using the new forms.
And I apologize. The alphabetization is working. The issue is just the inability to add new choices <Add New Choice...> from the dropdown.
Here are some samples of some text – multiple choice fields that I have:
A field called Inventory which includes a list of items such as:
Apple Pencil
Monitor
Docking Station
Wireless Keyboard/Mouse
Allow users to create new choices is selected.
A field called Inventory Location which includes a list of items such as:
Boston
Denver
Irvine
Nashville
San Francisco
Allow users to create new choices is selected.
A field called Computers Available which includes a list of items such as:
Latitude 7380
Latitude 7390
Precision 5560
Surface Pro 8
XPS 2720
Allow users to create new choices is selected.

I can confirm the same behavior, which would indicte a bug on the new forms. I would report it to customer service.

Thanks for being my second set of eyes. I opened a case (732437) with Quickbase. Hopefully, they'll provide a correction soon.
